Caller ID

Note

This feature depends on modem type. It is supported on:

• All 2G gateways.
• Selected 4G gateways.

Caller ID or CLIP (Calling Line Identification Presentation) feature allows the gateway to recognize the calling number and perform a selected action.

For example: trigger relay output to open a gate.

Calls are automatically rejected and numbers are checked against configurable white-list.
If the number is authorized the action is performed.

Numbers list

Gateway can store up to 1200 numbers white-list.

Each record can be additionaly limited with:

• weekdays
• hours
• date range

All CLIP authorization attempts are registered and available on rayleighconnect™ online platform.
