Standard accounts provide access to the rayleighconnect™ cloud platform with different levels of functionality based on your subscription tier:

  • rayleighconnect™
    Core

    Our entry-level standard account providing essential features for monitoring, basic reporting and data visualization.

    The Core tier is ideal for:
    • individual users
    • small businesses
    who want reliable access to energy data without complex analytics.

  • rayleighconnect™
    Professional

    Unlocks the full potential of the rayleighconnect™ platform with advanced features.

    Professional tier is recommended for businesses needing:
    • detailed energy management,
    • advanced analytics capabilities,
    • and customizable reporting tools.

Points

Points determine the number of sensors and devices you can monitor.

  • Price per point depends on selected tier.
  • Base packages start at 10 points with 2 subaccounts.

Points allocation

Depending on active subscription package you will have an upper limit of points that can be freely allocated to any combination of devices and sensors.

Subscription period

Subscription can be purchased for multiples on 1 year periods.

  • Standard Terms

    We offer option to pre-purchase a subscription for up to 3 years at standard terms.

  • Extended Terms

    For customers who need predictable budgeting for long-term planning, we offer the option to pre-purchase a multi-year subscription term for up to 10 years.

    Pricing

    Multi-year prepaid terms include a long-term price-certainty premium,
    applied to the total prepaid subscription fees:

    Formula: Adjustment % = 10% + 5% × (Years − 4), for Years = 4…10.

    • 4 years: 10% adjustment
    • Each additional year (5–10 years): add 5 percentage points
    • 10 years: 40% adjustment

    Why this premium applies?

    Longer terms lock in commercial conditions for an extended period and reduce your exposure to future price changes; the premium reflects the risk and cost of providing that long-term price certainty.

Terms overview

  • Payment timing: Prepaid in full before the start of the term.

  • Renewal/changes: Renewals and additional licenses are priced at then-current rates.

  • Early termination: Prepaid terms are non-cancelable / refundable only as required by law.

Subscription coupons

Pre-paid subscription packages are purchased as Coupons which contain Activation Code allowing you to redeem it at convienient time, by entering the code on your account.

Subscription period starts on the day of redeeming the coupon.

Coupon is valid for 12 months since purchase.
