Using subscription packages

Base package

Account requires a Base package of selected tier.

Combining packages

Account can be expanded with any number of:

  • Additional base packages of matching tier
  • Points extension packages of matching tier
  • Any Add-on features needed

When ordered as combined package it is not possible to divide it.

It has to be used on a single account.

Coupon codes

Upon placing and order and making the payment you will receive a Coupon allowing you to activate the subscription on eligible account.

Coupon is 16 characters alpha numeric code (e.g. AB12-CD34-EF56-GH77) that you can enter on Settings page while signed in with your account.

Coupon is valid for 12 months since issuing date.

Upgrading your account

You can upgrade your subscription at any time by:

  1. Increasing your points allocation
  2. Adding more subaccounts
  3. Upgrading from Core to Professional tier
  4. Adding specialized add-ons

When upgrading:

  • The new features become available immediately
  • You're only charged the prorated difference for the remaining subscription period
  • Your data and configurations are preserved

Subscription renewal

rayleighconnect™ subscriptions do not auto-renew.

When your subscription period approaches its end:

  • You will receive email notifications
  • You must manually purchase a renewal to maintain uninterrupted service
  • A new coupon code will be issued for the renewal subscription

After a subscription expires:

  • Your account will remain accessible in limited mode
  • Historical data remains intact, but you will not be able to access it
  • After 30 days account access may be suspended and historical data may be removed

To renew your subscription, simply purchase the same package (or upgrade to a different one) and apply the new coupon code to your account.
